1. Who we are
This website is operated by Interbiz Business Setup Services LLC, a corporate services provider based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Information, not advice
Everything published on this site — including guidance on company formation, free zones, Corporate Tax, VAT, residence visas, wills and attestation — is general information about UAE corporate, tax and immigration matters. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it does not create an adviser-client relationship.
Rules, thresholds, eligibility criteria and statutory deadlines change, sometimes at short notice. Always obtain advice specific to your circumstances, from us or from another suitably qualified adviser, before acting.
3. Fees and quotations
- All figures shown on this site, including those produced by the cost calculator, are indicative estimates.
- Government, free zone and authority charges are set by third parties and change without notice to us. We pass them through at cost.
- Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams and, unless expressly stated otherwise, exclude 5% VAT on our professional fee.
- Estimates do not include activity-specific external approvals, share capital where a jurisdiction requires it, office rent beyond a flexi-desk, insurance, or translation and attestation of foreign documents.
- Only a written quotation or engagement letter issued by us is binding, and only for the scope and validity period stated in it.
4. Timelines
Processing times shown on this site reflect typical experience where documents are complete and no external approval is required. They are not guarantees. Authorities, banks and regulators control their own timelines and may request additional information at any stage.
5. Scope of what we do
We are a corporate services provider. We are not a law firm and do not provide regulated legal representation or advocacy, and we are not a licensed audit firm. Where a matter requires a licensed lawyer, an auditor or a regulated financial adviser, we will tell you and can introduce you to one.
We do not guarantee the outcome of any application made to a third party. In particular, the approval of a bank account, a residence visa, a Golden Visa or any authority licence is a decision for that institution alone. We commit to preparing and presenting your application properly, not to a result we do not control.
6. Your obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and current information and documents.
- Tell us promptly if anything you have previously given us changes.
- Comply with all applicable UAE laws, including anti-money-laundering, tax and immigration requirements.
We may decline or discontinue an engagement where we are unable to complete customer due diligence, where information provided appears inaccurate, or where proceeding would place us in breach of a legal or regulatory obligation.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, code and compiled data on this site belong to Interbiz Business Setup Services LLC unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish, resell or systematically extract the content without our written permission.
8. Third-party links
Where we link to a government authority, free zone or other third party, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their accuracy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website. Liability arising under a signed engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement, including any limitation of liability stated in it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
10. Privacy
Personal data submitted through this site is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
