Price transparency by default
Government charges and our professional fee appear as separate lines on every quote and every invoice, with the authority receipt attached. We do not mark up a government fee and call the difference a discount.
A large share of our clients arrive after a first attempt somewhere else — a licence in the wrong jurisdiction, a rejected bank application, or books that were never kept. That experience has shaped how we work more than anything else.
Company formation in the UAE is not difficult. The authorities have digitised most of it, the documents are standard, and hundreds of agencies can push the same application through the same portal. That is exactly why the market competes on headline price and free consultations rather than on outcomes.
The problems show up later. In month three when a bank declines the account because nobody thought about the shareholder profile. In month nine when the free zone package turns out not to allow the visa you needed. In month thirteen when a Corporate Tax return is due and there are no books to file it from.
We start from the compliance obligations you will have in year two and design the structure that survives them — then quote the setup. It makes our first conversation longer and occasionally loses us the sale to someone quoting AED 5,750. It also means we very rarely have to tell a client that their structure needs unwinding.
The practical version of that philosophy is boring and specific: itemised quotes, one named account manager, and a compliance calendar that we watch instead of you.
We are a corporate services provider. We are not a law firm and do not provide regulated legal representation, and we are not an audit firm — where either is required, we say so and introduce you to one. Being clear about the boundary is part of being useful inside it.
“I built Interbiz Business Setup Services LLC out of a simple frustration. Every entrepreneur and investor I met arriving in the UAE was being passed between three or four different agents — one for the trade licence, one for the visa, one for the bank, one for the office. Each held a piece of the puzzle. Nobody held the whole picture. Interbiz Business Setup Services LLC exists to be that single accountable partner — and one founder who answers the phone.”
Omar Abdullah is the founder of Interbiz Business Setup Services LLC, headquartered at Icework Offices, 16th Floor, Bayswater By Omniyat, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai. We work with clients across more than 40 nationalities — structuring everything from a sole-establishment freelance permit in IFZA to a multi-shareholder mainland LLC with Golden Visa pathways for the founders.
A cum laude graduate of North South University (2018), Omar began his career as Commercial Director at Fifth Alliance Global Trading Ltd, a garment export house in Bangladesh, where he managed banking relations, LC operations, international payments, production coordination, and corporate accounts and taxation. He went on to found his own e-commerce venture, importing container shipments from China and building a direct-to-consumer sales operation in Bangladesh.
In 2021, Omar relocated to Dubai as General Manager of Fifth Alliance Consulting Solutions LLC, where he led the full spectrum of corporate services — company formation, bank account opening, visa processing, taxation and compliance — for a diverse international client base.
In 2026, he launched Interbiz Business Setup Services LLC, bringing together nearly a decade of hands-on experience across trade, finance, and corporate structuring. His mission: to give entrepreneurs and investors a single, trusted partner for establishing and growing their business in the UAE — with precision, transparency, and genuine care for every client's success.
From company formation and banking to residency, real estate and legacy planning — we are the single trusted partner for international entrepreneurs and families building a future in the UAE.
To be the most trusted advisory in the UAE for international entrepreneurs and investors — simplifying every step of company formation, residency, banking, and real estate so our clients can focus on what they do best: building.
Interbiz Business Setup Services LLC delivers expert, end-to-end advisory across the entire UAE business and residency lifecycle. Our mission is to give clients clarity, certainty, and confidence — replacing fragmented service with a single, accountable partner.
We are guided by a strict code of conduct built upon the values of:
These are not aspirations. Each one is a rule that changes what we do on an ordinary Tuesday, and each one occasionally costs us money.
Government charges and our professional fee appear as separate lines on every quote and every invoice, with the authority receipt attached. We do not mark up a government fee and call the difference a discount.
If a free zone is wrong for your activity, if you do not yet qualify for a Golden Visa, or if you genuinely do not need a company at all — you hear that before you pay. Losing a sale is cheaper than losing a reputation.
The person on your first call is the person handling your third licence renewal. Direct mobile number, not a ticket queue and not a different firm the moment the licence prints.
Licence expiry, establishment card, Ejari, visa renewals, VAT returns and Corporate Tax dates all sit in our compliance system with escalating reminders. You get contacted before the deadline, not after the penalty.
Accounting subscriptions are registered in your company name. Corporate documents are released on request without a fee. If you ever leave us, you leave with everything.
Tax positions come with a written memo and the workings behind them. When your auditor or your bank asks why, you have a document — not a recollection of a phone call.

Regulation in the UAE moves quickly. What matters is not memorising today's rules — it is having a founder who has already navigated the last three major reforms firsthand, before Interbiz took its first client.
2018
The UAE introduced VAT at 5%, pushing Gulf businesses off spreadsheets and onto proper cloud bookkeeping — the same year Omar graduated and began managing corporate accounts and taxation in his first commercial role.
2021
The Commercial Companies Law amendments opened 100% foreign ownership on the mainland — the year Omar relocated to Dubai to lead formation, banking and compliance work as General Manager of a corporate services firm.
2023
The UAE's first federal Corporate Tax regime took effect, including Qualifying Free Zone Person assessments — the compliance discipline every Interbiz engagement is built around from day one.
2026
Omar founds Interbiz Business Setup Services LLC as mandatory e-invoicing approaches — the change most UAE businesses have still not prepared for.
Anonymous five-star quotes prove nothing. Every review below names the person, the company and the specific problem we were brought in to solve.
We had been quoted three wildly different prices by three consultants. Interbiz was the only one that showed us the government fee breakdown and explained why the others differed. Licence issued in six days, bank account live in three weeks.
Two previous applications had been rejected by banks before we came here. They rebuilt the whole compliance file, told us honestly which banks would not take our profile, and got us onboarded with the second one we met.
The Corporate Tax position paper they prepared for our free zone entity was the first document our auditor did not send back with questions. Worth every dirham.
I was told by two agents I qualified for a Golden Visa on a property I owned. Interbiz reviewed it, told me plainly that I did not yet meet the threshold, and mapped out what would. That honesty is why we moved all our corporate work to them.
Family visas for my wife and two children, all done inside three weeks, with every appointment booked for me. I did not once have to work out which counter to queue at.
They took over eighteen months of neglected books, reconstructed them, quantified our VAT exposure and filed a voluntary disclosure before the FTA came looking. Genuinely saved the business.
If we cannot help, we will say so and point you to someone who can. That is genuinely how most of our best client relationships have started.
