Free zone visa allocation is normally tied to the office product you hold — a flexi-desk typically allows one to six visas, while a physical office is allocated by square metre. Mainland quota is assessed by MOHRE based on office space and activity. We size the package to the headcount you actually plan for so you are not buying quota you will never use.
Yes. Once your own residence visa and Emirates ID are issued, you can sponsor dependants. Sponsoring a spouse and children generally requires a minimum salary or income threshold and appropriate accommodation with a registered tenancy contract. Sponsoring parents carries higher income requirements and additional conditions.
If you are already inside the UAE on a visit or tourist visa when your entry permit is issued, a status change converts you to residency without leaving the country. If you are outside the UAE, you simply enter on the entry permit. Not every visa type or nationality is eligible for in-country status change — we confirm before you book flights.
