Day 3 – 10Attestation & Notary Services — questions we get asked
UAE employers and immigration authorities require attested educational certificates to confirm the qualification is genuine before issuing a labour contract or a skilled-professional visa. Certain regulated professions and Golden Visa categories will not proceed without it.
It depends almost entirely on the issuing country. Documents from countries with efficient foreign ministries and local UAE embassies can complete in five to ten working days. Others, particularly where the document must first be verified by the issuing university or a state authority, can take four to eight weeks. We give you a country-specific estimate before starting.
For most UAE government submissions, yes — a legal translation by a Ministry of Justice approved translator is required, and the translation itself is often stamped. We arrange this as part of the same job so nothing is submitted twice.
