What this actually involves
UAE law requires every company to keep accounting records for at least five years, and Corporate Tax makes those records the basis of your return. We run your books monthly in cloud accounting software you own, so you always have audit-ready numbers and a clear view of your margins.
Why clients choose us for this
- Books kept to IFRS so Corporate Tax and audit are a formality, not a fire drill
- Cloud software in your name — you keep the data if you ever leave us
- Monthly management pack with P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and ageing
- Same team handles your VAT and Corporate Tax filings — nothing falls between advisers
What is included
Every engagement is scoped in writing before you pay. These are the standard deliverables for accounting services.
- Purchase, sales and expense ledger maintenance
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Accounts payable and receivable ageing
- Monthly management accounts with commentary
- Year-end IFRS financial statements
- Audit liaison and supporting schedules
How we work
01
Free consultation
A 30-minute call with a licensed adviser, not a salesperson. We map your activity, ownership, visa needs and banking profile, then tell you what it will genuinely cost.
Day 002
Structure & quote
You receive a written comparison of the viable jurisdictions with a full fee breakdown — government charges and our fee shown separately. No pressure, no expiring discounts.
Day 103
Documents & submission
We collect and check every document before submission. Name reservation, initial approval and MoA are filed, and you get a named case manager with a direct line.
Day 2 – 304
Licence issued
Trade licence, Establishment Card and corporate documents are issued and delivered digitally, with hard copies couriered wherever you are.
Day 3 – 10Accounting Services — questions we get asked
Yes. All UAE companies, including free zone entities, must maintain accounting records and supporting documents for a minimum of five years. Many free zones also require audited financial statements to be filed at licence renewal, and Corporate Tax registration makes proper records unavoidable in practice.
We work primarily in Zoho Books and Xero, both of which are well suited to UAE VAT and Corporate Tax. QuickBooks and Tally are also supported. The subscription is registered in your company name so your data is always yours.
Yes, and it is one of the most common things we do. We start with a catch-up engagement to reconstruct and reconcile prior periods, quantify any VAT exposure, then move you onto a normal monthly cycle. Catch-up work is quoted separately based on volume.
